Kevin R. Duck
Attorney & Founder
Over the past 31+ years, I have been devoted to standing up for consumers, tackling intricate class action consumer litigations, handling complex multi-district cases, and recovering millions of dollars for my Lemon Law clients.
I am currently licensed in all Louisiana Courts and admitted to practice in all Federal Courts in Texas, Colorado, Northern District of Florida, Northern District of Indiana and the Eastern District of Michigan. My practice has led me to represent clients all over the United States. Regardless of your location, my firm is committed to offering the highest level of professional support.

Lucas Duhon

Lucas graduated cum laude from Southern University Law Center in 2025, finishing second overall in his graduating cohort. He was a recipient of the Southern University Law Center Merit Scholarship, awarded to students in the top five percent (5%) of the class based on merit, academic performance, and character.
He earned an engineering-based Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, followed by an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the same institution. This technical and financial background allows Lucas to evaluate vehicle defects, repair histories, and manufacturer conduct with a detailed, analytical approach.
Lucas is admitted to practice law in the State of Louisiana. While his time in formal legal practice is recent, he has been part of the Auto Lemon Lawyer team for over five years, during which he has worked in every position within the firm. This experience provides him with a comprehensive understanding of Lemon Law cases from intake through litigation and resolution.
