GM is recalling 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, and 2023-2024 Chevrolet Tahoe, Suburban, GMC Yukon, Yukon XL, Cadillac Escalade, and Escalade ESV vehicles. A software issue in the electronic brake control module may fail to display a warning light when brake fluid is low, violating Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 135. Suspension

Recall Date: September 20, 2023

Recall Number: 23V642000

GM is recalling 2023 Cadillac Escalade, Escalade ESV, Chevrolet Suburban, Tahoe, GMC Yukon, and Yukon XL vehicles. Recall Date: June 17, 2021

Recall Number: 21V455000

GM is recalling certain 2021 Cadillac Escalade, Escalade ESV, Chevrolet Suburban, Chevrolet Tahoe, GMC Yukon, and Yukon XL vehicles. Recall Number: 21V421000

GM is recalling certain 2021 Buick Envision, Cadillac CT4, CT5, Escalade, Escalade ESV, Chevrolet Tahoe, Corvette, Suburban, GMC Yukon, and Yukon XL vehicles. Seat Belts

Recall Date: March 18, 2021

Recall Number: 21V190000

GM is recalling certain 2021 Cadillac Escalade, Escalade ESV, GMC Yukon, Yukon XL, Chevrolet Suburban, and Tahoe vehicles with third-row seating. Third-row outboard seat belts may be entrapped or misrouted behind the outboard seat-folding mechanism, potentially causing seat belt damage and failure to properly restrain occupants in a crash.

Tires

Recall Date: February 25, 2021

Recall Number: 21V115000

GM is recalling certain 2020 Buick Enclave, Cadillac XT4, XT5, Escalade, Escalade ESV, Chevrolet Suburban, Tahoe, Traverse, GMC Yukon, Yukon XL, and others with Continental tires. The affected tires were over-cured during production, increasing the risk of sidewall failure, air loss, and loss of vehicle control, leading to a higher crash risk.

GM is recalling various 2007-2021 vehicles across multiple zones in the U.S., including Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Tahoe, Suburban, Silverado, GMC Sierra, and Yukon models, due to defective Takata airbags. The inflators may explode after prolonged exposure to high humidity and temperature, causing sharp metal fragments to strike occupants, leading to severe injury or death.

Seat Belts

Recall Date: December 23, 2020

Recall Number: 20V811000

GM is recalling 2020 Chevrolet Bolt EV and 2021 GMC Canyon, Sierra, Yukon, and others due to incorrect bolts that may fail to properly secure the seat belts, increasing injury risk during a crash.

Recall Number: 20V790000

Certain 2021 Cadillac Escalade and Escalade ESV vehicles are being recalled because the front passenger seat belt and airbag indicator lights may not be visible under “night mode,” increasing injury risk due to noncompliance with federal safety standards.

I recently worked with Duck Law Firm on a quality issue with my truck, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the very first consultation, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting me the best possible outcome. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and fought hard on my behalf. What really impressed me was that they not only delivered on what they initially said they could achieve—they got me double the amount we were aiming for! The settlement was fair, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. If you're dealing with a lemon vehicle or manufacturer defect, I highly recommend Duck Law Firm. Kevin Duck and his team know their stuff and truly deliver results. Very satisfied client—thank you!
